Abstract submission

Abstracts are uploaded to the participant’s Personal Account, accessible after registering for the Congress.

Abstract Format Guidelines

A paper must contain specific information about new, original research results. The competitive selection of papers is based on the abstracts received by the Organizing Committee.

Each participant may present only one oral presentation and/or one poster presentation.

Abstracts are submitted in the participant’s Personal Account by uploading a file in Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX, or ODT). The following guidelines must be followed when formatting abstracts:

Abstracts must be up to one A4 page long.

Abstracts may be divided into sections.

Figures should be placed in the text and accompanied by captions directly below the figure (font size 9 pt). A link to the figure must precede each figure, and a description of the figure must be provided if necessary. Figures may be embedded from files in any graphic format that ensures high quality and requires minimal disk space. References are provided in square brackets and numbered in sequential order [1, 2]. Tables are inserted after the references and are provided with titles in 9-point font.

Please note: the abstract title, authors, organizations, and the presenting author’s email address are entered during the first stage of submission, and the system will then automatically insert them into the abstract. There is no need to duplicate them in the attached DOC file!

Corrections: Once the abstract has been uploaded, corrections cannot be made. You can delete existing abstracts and upload new ones. If you need to correct the title, authors, or organizations, you can contact the Congress Manager by echo2026@onlinereg.ru
